Throughout her career, Kathy has been a dedicated advocate for FBOs, handlers, and aviation professionals, leveraging her expertise to enhance customer service training, implement value-added programs, and execute strategic marketing plans. Her efforts have consistently delivered impactful results for FBOs, handlers, flight departments, and operators worldwide.
